SKNCabs Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SKNCabs! By using the SKNCabs platform, including our app and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

SKNCabs provides a platform for users to book on-demand transportation and other related services with independent drivers ("Drivers"). SKNCabs acts solely as a facilitator and does not own or operate vehicles or employ Drivers. All rides arranged via SKNCabs are provided by independent contractors.

To use SKNCabs, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Users agree to use SKNCabs for lawful purposes and to respect the rights of Drivers and other users. Users are responsible for providing accurate booking information and complying with any additional terms or policies shared by Drivers during rides.

By booking a ride with an SKNCab Lift driver, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with riding with an independent, unlicensed operator who may not carry liability insurance. SKNCabs strives to maintain a reliable network of drivers; however, SKNCab Lift drivers operate independently, and SKNCabs is not responsible for any incidents, damages, or liabilities that may occur during these rides. Please ensure you fully understand this risk before proceeding with your booking.

All payments for rides booked through the SKNCabs app are processed through our platform. Users may choose to pay via cash or electronic payment methods as available on the app. SKNCabs reserves the right to charge users for services rendered and may adjust fees at our discretion. Users agree to pay all charges incurred.

If a user cancels a booking, SKNCabs may charge a cancellation fee depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations are handled according to our policy as outlined in the app. SKNCabs reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time.

SKNCabs provides the platform for booking services "as is" and "as available," without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. SKNCabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our platform, including but not limited to any transportation service.

Users are expected to behave respectfully toward Drivers and other users. SKNCabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to abuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct.

SKNCabs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the SKNCabs platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
